A phased residental development on the site of a former depot and sugar factory in Whitechapel, London. A number of linked blocks provide stylish one, two and three bed apartments as well as rooftop penthouses. Bill built a 3D model suitable for a selection of images and a Tekuchi “apartment finder” interactive presentation.

The development includes the 4 star Pestana Hotel and Spa with restaurant and bar, a membership health and wellbeing centre, a café / delicatessen and offices accommodation. Over a period, Bill was responsible for modelling the buildings fronting Battersea Park and Queenstown Road.
