An Airport concessions development based on the existing layout of Oslo Airport – Gardermoen. From a sketchy set of CAD drawings and interpretation from photographs, a 3D model was built of the existing airside layout with the addition of the proposed retail/restaurant facilities.
Chelsea Bridge Wharf

The development includes the 4 star Pestana Hotel and Spa with restaurant and bar, a membership health and wellbeing centre, a café / delicatessen and offices accommodation. Over a period, Bill was responsible for modelling the buildings fronting Battersea Park and Queenstown Road.
