A phased residential development fronting the river Thames at Chelsea Bridge. The development includes the 4 star Pestana Hotel and Spa with restaurant and bar, a membership health and wellbeing centre, a café / delicatessen and offices accommodation. Over a period, Bill was responsible for modelling the buildings fronting Battersea Park and Queenstown Road.
New Providence Wharf

A mixed use 3.3 ha riverside development facing the O2 Arena on the opposite bank of the River Thames. The scheme includes 1300 residential units, 50,000 sq m of offices and retail, a luxury 180 room hotel, all set in extensive landscaped water gardens.
